Step 1: 

Before anything else, the first step that you should always take if you believe that you are being discriminated against is to talk to your supervisor or human resources office.

Step 2: 

It is possible that after speaking with a higher up, a discriminatory issue can be resolved, however, this is not always the case. If you cannot seem to get through to someone in your office, it may be time to file a complaint of discrimination with the New Jersey Division on Civil Rights.
